Murabbi Program is on Sundays, 09/13/26 at Masjid Omar, from 10AM-12PM.
Assessment day
On the first day (09/13/26) students will be assessed and accepted or waitlisted based on their level, minimum age (6+), behavior, and space.
You will receive feedback if they will accepted to return the next week or be waitlisted.
If your student is waitlisted, you will receive feedback and be notified when they are accepted.
By attending the day, you agree to the below:
Schedule:
Drop off at 10:00am. Doors close at 10:15am.
Pick up at 12:00pm.
Attire: Students’ clothes are important. Please remember to wear appropriate clothes.
Dress code for boys: Covered knees and shoulders.
Dress code for girls: All girls need hijab and abayas for any girls older than 10.
Books:
If your student was enrolled in Murabbi Program last year, you will need to bring your books and notebook.
If you need a new book, we will let you know how much it will cost.
If this is your first year, you will receive your book and notebook included in your first month tuition.
Some levels will leave their books at the Masjid.
Tuition Payment:
Please pay for your student through the link below or on the masjidomarohio.org website.
Attendance Policy:
If a student does not attend without a valid reason for 2 consecutive weeks or 3 of 5 consecutive weeks, they will be removed to add space for students from the waitlist.
Behavior:
The masjid must be treated with respect by all students. Disrespectful behavior is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the masjid.

يوم التقييم
في اليوم الأول (13/09/2026)، سيتم تقييم الطلاب، وسيتم قبولهم أو وضعهم على قائمة الانتظار بناءً على مستواهم، وسلوكهم، وتوفر الأماكن.
ستتلقون ملاحظات وتغذية راجعة توضح ما إذا كان سيتم قبول الطالب للعودة في الأسبوع التالي أو وضعه على قائمة الانتظار.
إذا تم وضع الطالب على قائمة الانتظار، فستتلقون ملاحظات عنه، وسيتم إبلاغكم عند قبوله.
الجدول الزمني:
الوصول الساعة 10:00 صباحًا. تُغلق الأبواب الساعة 10:15 صباحًا.
الانصراف الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا.
الملابس:
ملابس الطلاب مهمة. يرجى التأكد من ارتداء ملابس مناسبة.
الزي الخاص بالأولاد: يجب تغطية الركبتين والكتفين.
الزي الخاص بالفتيات: يجب على جميع الفتيات ارتداء الحجاب والعباءة إذا كانت أعمارهن أكثر من 10 سنوات.
الكتب:
إذا كان الطالب مسجلاً في برنامج المربي في العام الماضي، فيجب إحضار الكتب والدفتر.
إذا كنت بحاجة إلى كتاب جديد، سنبلغك بتكلفته.
إذا كانت هذه سنتك الأولى، ستحصل على الكتاب والدفتر ضمن رسوم الشهر الأول.
سياسة الحضور
إذا لم يحضر الطالب لمدة أسبوعين متتاليين دون سبب مبرر، فسيتم إزالة الطالب من البرنامج لإتاحة مكان للطلاب الموجودين على قائمة الانتظار.
السلوك
يجب على جميع الطلاب التعامل مع المسجد باحترام والمحافظة على آدابه ومكانته.
لن يتم التسامح مع أي سلوك غير محترم، وسيؤدي ذلك إلى إبعاد الطالب فورًا من المسجد.
